These Terms govern the purchase and use of products and services offered through Lauretinbalance. Please read them before purchasing.

2. Products and services
Offers may include Oasi membership, online yoga, meditations, one-to-one journeys, retreats, digital courses and workshops.
3. Purchases and payments
Purchases are made through Payhip and payments may be processed by Stripe or PayPal. The purchase is complete when payment is confirmed.
4. Oasi membership
Oasi is an automatically renewing subscription, available in Italian. It includes access to the practice library and new content while the membership is active.
5. Renewal and cancellation
You can cancel renewal through your Payhip account. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the paid period; access remains until its end.
6. Digital content and withdrawal
EU consumer law applies. Withdrawal rights may not apply once immediate digital delivery begins with the user’s consent and acknowledgement, where provided by law.
7. Refunds
Except where required by law, refunds are not available for started memberships, accessible digital products or downloaded content.
8. Intellectual property
Content is protected by copyright and licensed for personal, non-transferable use. Copying, sharing, resale or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
9. Liability
Practices support wellbeing and are not medical, psychological or physiotherapy services. Users remain responsible for their own condition and suitability.
10. Governing law
Spanish law and applicable EU consumer law apply. Disputes are subject to the court determined by applicable law.
